Executive Vice President
James Epstein, ACAS, MAAA currently serves as Executive Vice
President of ALPS Corp with oversight of ALPS Reinsurance
Intermediaries. Prior to joining ALPS he served US Risk Insurance
Corp, the 7th largest wholesaler in the US as Executive Director
with oversight of Goss Re Brokers, a reinsurance broker. From 2002
until 2007 he worked for Contran Corporation, a diversified holding
company, with board level positions including Chief Risk Officer.
Prior to 2002 he was CEO of EWI Re Intermediaries, a reinsurance
broker he formed in 1987. He also served on the Reinsurance
Advisory Board of Sedgwick PLC, now part of March McLennan. He
began his insurance career in 1982 as a actuary with Tillinghast,
now part of TPF&C. He has also served on the board of directors
of Valmont Insurance Company, Tall Pines Insurance Company,
American Hallmark Insurance Company and Hallmark Financial
Services, American Trucking and Transportation Insurance Company,
and EWI Reinsurance Intermediaries. He is a member of the Society
of Actuaries and the Casualty Actuarial Society. He graduated from
the Georgia Institute of Technology as an engineer in 1981.

Vice President
Chris Turner currently serves as Vice President, focusing on
Reinsurance through ALPS Reinsurance Intermediaries. Prior to
joining ARI, he was President and co-founder of Goss Re, now known
as Advocate Re, a division of U.S. Risk.
Chris has held various senior positions with many of the larger
reinsurance brokers, including Towers Watson, AON, and Willis. He
has also worked in London, Bermuda and the United States. Chris
began his career over 25 years ago, starting in 1984 with Denis
Clayton in London. While Chris has a well-rounded background in the
world of insurance and reinsurance he has primarily focused in
recent years on professional indemnity business.
Vice President
Terry Holley currently serves as Vice President of ALPS Corp
with responsibilities focused on ALPS Reinsurance Intermediaries.
Prior to joining ALPS he was with EWI Reinsurance Intermediaries
where he provided leadership and oversight to EWI's treaty and
facultative reinsurance departments. He works closely with both
primary insurance and reinsurance clients to develop efficient risk
solutions, while also providing clients with management level
strategic counsel on insurance and reinsurance structures and
market conditions. Terry has a well rounded background with
extensive experience in all types of insurance and reinsurance
products from workers compensation, commercial property, personal
lines, but has developed a niche specialty in attorneys'
professional liability and commercial trucking. Terry began his
career in the insurance industry more than 15 years ago as a Senior
Account representative for E.W. Blanch Company (now a part of the
Aon/Benfield Group). At E.W. Blanch Terry focused primarily on the
development and design of program business for Managing General
Agents. Terry attended and completed E.W. Blanch's highly regarded
reinsurance training program. Terry is a graduate of the University
of Texas at Arlington's School of Business Administration. He has a
Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in
Finance.

Operations Manager
John Laurinski, CPA, currently serves as Operations Manager of
ALPS Reinsurance Intermediaries with responsibilities focused on
back office accounting for ARI. Prior to joining ALPS, he was with
Columbus Avenue Consulting Texas, LLC, a third party administrator
for hedge funds, where he was in charge of business development.
From 2000 to 2009, he worked as an auditor for Ernst & Young in
their Hedge Fund and Employee Benefit Plan divisions. John received
his BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington's
College of Business Administration.
