Montana based ALPS Corporation announced the formation of ALPS Reinsurance Intermediaries (ARI). James Epstein has joined ALPS Corp as Executive Vice President and Terry Holley as Vice President to oversee the development and growth of ARI, a division of ALPS Corp. Robert Minto Jr., CEO of ALPS Corporation commented that, "ARI is a continuation of our diversification plans begun a decade ago to provide investment management services, captive management services and reinsurance support. We have sufficient business under management in need of reinsurance intermediary services to assure the stable development of ARI. We also see growth in providing insurers traditional reinsurance brokerage services."
